Plaintiffs are resident taxpayers of the former Broad Horn School District located in Warren County, Iowa. They seek to enjoin the county auditor and county treasurer of Warren County from levying and collecting any schoolhouse tax against the plaintiffs and other taxpayers in the former Broad Horn School District for the purpose of paying bonds, heretofore issued by the Truro Consolidated School District, and the interest accruing thereon.
