Plaintiff Rachel Hernandez brought this action in state court seeking redress against her former employer Ignite Restaurant Group (“Ignite”), doing business as Joe’s Crab Shack, and her former supervisor Kelly Alton for injuries allegedly arising out of Plaintiffs wrongful termination and employment discrimination. (Ignite’s Notice of Removal, ECF No. 1, Ex. A.) Ignite thereafter removed the action to this Court on the basis of the Court’s diversity jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441. (ECF No. 1.)
