Petitioners Doug and Rhonda Paluck, on behalf of their son, Karl Paluck, seek review of a decision by a special master issued December 14, 2011, which denied them compensation under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, Pub.L. No. 99-660, § 311, 100 Stat. 3743, 3765-84 (1986) (codified as amended at 42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-1 to -34) (“Vaccine Act”).
