¶ 1. Frances Tucker filed suit in the Washington County Circuit Court against Delta Regional Medical Center (DRMC), claiming the hospital was liable for the wrongful death of her son, Kendrick Tucker. After many failed attempts by DRMC to obtain discovery responses from Tucker, DRMC filed a motion to dismiss the case with prejudice. The trial court set a hearing on the motion.
