These appeals involve the same case, and have been consolidated for decision. Number 32933 is an appeal from the denial of Dr. DuBois’ motion to dismiss the appeal in Number 32998.
1. The motion to dismiss was based on the failure of Mrs. DuBois to file a transcript, or request an extension of time in which to file a transcript, within the (already-extended) time, as required by Code Ann. § 6-806.
