Coleman, J.:

This is an appeal by the executrix, Catherine Coleman, from an order of the district court making an allowance to the attorneys for the estate, and from an order denying her motion for a new trial.

In January, 1920, Mrs. Coleman, a sister of the deceased, through her attorneys, Moore & McIntosh, made application for the probating of the will of Denis Hegarty and for the issuance of letters testamentary to herself, she being named in the will as sole legatee and as executrix.
