OPINION

MARC W. BROWN, Justice.

Appellants Johnny and Tina Collums appeal the trial court’s granting of summary judgment in favor of appellee Ford Motor Company on appellants’ Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) 1 claims. The sole issue presented is whether the trial court erred.in granting summary judgment on the ground that appellants are not “consumers” under the DTPA. Because we conclude appellants are DTPA “consumers” as a matter of law, we reverse the trial court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of Ford and remand this cause for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
