Plaintiff Joseph Smith, an Ohio prisoner proceeding pro se, appeals from the district court’s judgment, entered on September 13, 2001, which granted summary judgment to Defendants Janice Yarrow et a!., and dismissed Plaintiff’s lawsuit. Plaintiff had filed suit against Defendants pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985, and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12132, alleging deliberate indifference to Plaintiffs medical condition; retaliation and conspiracy to retaliate against Plaintiff for filing grievances and a lawsuit on the deliberate…
