Plaintiff-appellant Tungsten Mining Corporation (Tungsten) sued Defendant-appellee District 50, United Mine Workers of America (District 50) for damages under Section 303 of the Labor Management Relations Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 187(a) (3) and 187(b).
