POPOVICH, Judge:

This case involves an appeal from the order of June 28, 1990, sentencing the defendant/appellant (Steven M. Tranzo) to ninety days probation for underage drinking (18 Pa.C.S. § 6308(a)). We affirm.

The facts, viewed in a light most favorable to the verdict-winner, reveal that Officer Kevin C. Bickle, of the Brooks-ville Borough Police Department, received a radio call at approximately 12:10 a.m. to proceed to the Days Inn to investigate a “problem”. 1 Officer Bickle came to the conclusion that the matter involved underage drinking.
