This case was before us in Fraser v. Collier Construction Co., 297 Mich. 641, where we upheld the jurisdiction of the court and the sufficiency of the serviee of process. The cause was remanded for further proceedings in the court below, and trial before jury was had, resulting in a substantial verdict and judgment for plaintiffs.
