ORDER ON TRUSTEE’S MOTION FOR SALE OF PROPERTY
LAMAR W. DAVIS, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
Debtor filed a petition for bankruptcy protection under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on September 24, 1998. On February 5, 1999, R. Michael Souther, Trustee, filed a motion to sell benefits owing to Debtor arising from the prepetition settlement of a tort claim for the wrongful death of her husband. Safeco Life Insurance Company and SABSCO intervened in the bankruptcy case and object to the sale of the settlement benefits.
