William Morgan Kimbrough appealed from a judgment of the Circuit court rendered against him on November 13, 1956, in favor of Mrs. Daisy P. Wright.

*857The record disclosed the following facts: A judgment had been rendered in favor of Mrs. Wright against Kimbrough on May 25, 1942. Thereafter, on March 22, 1949, less than 7 years from the date of the original judgment, Mrs. Wright filed a suit, founded on the 1942 judgment, and on November 9, 1949, judgment was rendered thereon.
