Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (William J. Davis, J.), rendered June 3, 1988, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of robbery in the first degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, and sentencing him, as a predicate violent felony offender, to concurrent terms of 12 Vi to 25 years and 2 to 4 years respectively, unanimously affirmed.
