SATER, District Judge.

The National Cash Register Company, under contracts of conditional sale, delivered to the defendant company on May 21, 25, and June 30, 1908, a number of cash registers for use in its department store. On July 17, at the instance of complainant, a creditor, this court appointed receivers, who took possession of all the property of every kind and character belonging to and held by the defendant, which subsequently proved to be insolvent, including the registers in question.
