Defendant-Appellant Michael A. Gordon appeals his conviction for murder in the second degree, § 558.011.1(1), RSMo 1994, and armed criminal action, § 571.015, RSMo 1994, in the shooting death of Michael T. Green. Mr. Gordon was sentenced to a term of life imprisonment for murder in the second degree and to a consecutive 20-year term for armed criminal action. On direct appeal of his convictions, Mr. Gordon contends there was insufficient evidence to support his guilt.
