SMART, Judge.
After a jury trial, Barry J. Holcomb was found guilty of murdering Laura Vaughn and her unborn infant son. He was sentenced to two consecutive life sentences without the possibility of probation or parole. Holcomb is appealing his convictions of first degree murder. He also appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief.
