ROY L. RICHTER, Presiding Judge.

Lorenzo E. Jarrett (“Brother”), brother of Winifred E. Musiol (“Musiol”) and personal representative of her estate, appeals the judgment ordering the return of $30,000 to Musiol’s Salomon Smith Barney account (“Brokerage Account”). We affirm.

I. BACKGROUND

In her last will and testament, Musiol bequeathed her “Salomon Smith Barney account ... as it exists on the date of [her] death, in equal shares” to Joseph J. Mu-siol, James C. Musiol, and Bill Steckenri-der (“Children”). 1 (emphasis added).
