The plaintiffs operate a mercantile store in Clinton, Oklahoma, known as Len’s Men’s Wear. They leased the lower floor of a two story building owned by the defendants for the use in the operation of their store. The upper story of the building had been unoccupied for several months prior to the incident involved here.
