This case is before the Court on petition for a common law writ of certiorari seeking an order of this Court quashing a judgment entered by the Circuit Court of Dade County, Florida, reversing on appeal a judgment for the petitioner (defendant in the Civil Court of Record) and in the opinion and judgment of reversal directed the Civil Court of Record of Dade County, Florida, to enter for the plaintiff therein (respondent here) a final judgment.
