This is a suit on an accident insurance policy. Appellee sought recovery of $600 in disability and hospital benefits alleged to he due him as the result of an accidental injury sustained on August 16, 1944, while returning to Booneville, Arkansas, from California on a Bock Island passenger train. Appellant prosecutes this appeal from a verdict and judgment for $300 in favor of appellee.

Section 3 of the policy provides for indemnity payments of $25 per week, not exceeding ten consecutive weeks, in case of accidental injury resulting in total disability of the insured. Section 4 provides for…
