Appellee herein brought this action to recover for injuries received from being bitten and otherwise *23injured by a dog kept by tbe appellant, and which, it is alleged, appellant knew was accustomed to attack and bite mankind.
Appellant answered, specifically denying the allegations in the complaint, and as an additional defense claimed that the injury received was the result of appellee’s negligence.
