Plaintiffs’ counsel appeal the district court’s' order denying an additional $1.5 million in attorneys’ fees and costs. Finding no abuse of discretion, we affirm.

Plaintiffs brought suit in Louisiana against BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“Bell-South”), alleging that BellSouth violated antitrust laws by misleading customers about its inside wire maintenance service plan (“IWMS plan”).
