Plaintiff sues defendant for damages suffered to plaintiff's automobile, growing out of the collision between iiis and defendant's automobile on Sunday, August 88, 1921, about three o'clock in the afternoon of said day. -The accident is shown to have occurred on South Carrollton Avenue between 1'anola and Sycamore Sts., about 100 feet, or a third of a block, from the corner of South Carrollton Ave. and Panola St., and.on the lower, or east side of Carrollton Ave. Both automobiles seem to have been damaged, the plaintiff suing for damages in the sum of ¡F00.00 and…
