Plaintiff, Installco, Incorporated (Installco), filed a two-count complaint against defendant, Whiting Corporation (Whiting). Count I sought contract damages for nonpayment of commissions on four construction projects, an accounting, and exemplary damages, costs and attorney fees pursuant to the Sales Representative Act (the Act) (820 ILCS 120/1 et seq.
