LEDERLE, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Grant C. Brown, who i.s not an attorney, filed a complaint in his own behalf charging the defendant, Ford Motor Company, with infringement of United States Letters Patent No. 1,603,899, for which he claimed damages in the amount of one and one-half billion dollars. Before answering, defendant filed a motion for bill of particulars, and plaintiff filed a bill of particulars. Thereupon, defendant moved for more definite and further particulars.
