Defendant was convicted of “illegal hunting of a game mammal closed season” and “illegal possession of a game mammal closed season.” He assigns error to the court’s denial of his motion to suppress, refusal to grant a mistrial after improper testimony and admission of testimony about a threat defendant made to a witness.
