On April 25, 2018, Susan Hansen ("Hansen" or the "Plaintiff") commenced this action against Michele DeSanti ("DeSanti"), Christina Dehoyos ("Dehoyos"), Karen Sylvester ("Sylvester"), John Valentine ("Valentine"), James Lee ("Lee"), James Garcia ("Garcia"), Kevin McPadden ("McPadden"), and Lisa M.
