This case presents a question of statutory interpretation regarding the reassignment of a school administrator to a nonadministrative teaching position. At issue is the meaning of the term "nonrenewal” contained within MCL 380.132; MSA 15.4132, the statute that governs employment contracts of administrators. Plaintiff appeals as of right from an order of summary disposition for defendants. We reverse.
