— Reversing.

J. F. Helton was injured in a collision between tbe bicycle be was riding and a Studebaker car owned and operated by tbe Cumberland Bus Company. In tbis action for damages be was awarded a verdict and judgment for $1,000. Tbe bus company appeals.

Tbe testimony for appellee is, in substance, as follows: He bad been to Wallin’s Creek, in Harlan county, and was riding bis bicycle on tbe way borne. He bad a carbide lamp, and while en route be got off tbe wheel, put some water in it, lit it, and bung tbe light on tbe wheel in front of him. It was a…
