The appellee, Jacob N. Gibson, recovered a judgment for $1200 in the circuit court óf Cook county against the appellant, the Fidelity and Casualty Company of New York, in an action on the case for wrongfully procuring the discharge of appellee from his employment by the Union Drop Forge Company, and the Appellate Court for the First District affirmed the judgment.
