This matter is before the court on motions by plaintiffs from cases 08-1950, OS-1986, and 08-2025 to amend and/or vacate the partial final judgment that was entered on June 30, 2009. (Docket Nos. 288, 289, 291, 292.) Plaintiffs from cases 08-1950 and 2025 filed one of the motions pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 52(b), 59(e) and 60(b) on July 13, 2009, and plaintiffs from case 08-1986 filed the other pursuant to the same rules on the same day.
