Before this Court is the motion of Defendant Ashaway Pines, LLC ("Ashaway") for partial summary judgment1 against Plaintiffs Kenneth and Joanne Panciera ("the Pancieras"). In their complaint, the Pancieras seek (1) an order restraining Ashaway from certain uses of real property owned by Ashaway, (2) a decree quieting title to another piece of real property known as "the laneway," and (3) damages for slander of title.
