This is an action for declaratory relief and specific performance with respect to the academic tenure of faculty members at Bloomfield College, a private institution of higher education licensed under the laws of the State of Yew Jersey. Plaintiff American Association of University Professors, Bloomfield College Chapter (herein-: after AAUP), is a labor organization within the meaning of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U. S. C.
