I. INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion for Leave to Appeal the Bankruptcy Court’s Opinion and Order Granting Defendant’s Motion to Strike Jury Demand.

II. STATEMENT OF FACTS

Plaintiffs, the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors and the Liquidating Agent of A.P. Liquidating Co., filed a Voluntary Petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code on February 25, 2000. (Pis.’ Br. Mot. For Leave at 1).
