Defendant/Debtor Christopher L. Hayes filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy on June 2, 2010. On August 31, 2010, Christopher Hayes filed an adversary proceeding with the bankruptcy court asserting that he is not responsible for debts owed to the Internal Revenue Service by his landscaping company, PC Landscape Services. The bankruptcy court granted a discharge of Christopher Hayes’ debts and denied the Government’s motion to dismiss the adversary proceeding.
