Defendant William N. Miller was convicted by jury of first-degree robbery with a deadly weapon. He now appeals that conviction. He argues the trial court abused its discretion by admitting into evi dence a gun found in a car parked outside his home and by allowing the State to repeatedly employ leading questions during the presentation of its case.
