Vincent McFadden (McFadden) was found guilty of first-degree murder, section 565.020, RSMo 2000,1 and armed criminal action, section 571.015. The circuit *417court sentenced McFadden to death. This Court has exclusive jurisdiction. Mo. Const, art. V, sec. B. The judgment is affirmed.
