STORY, Circuit Justice.

Two questions of law have been presented for the consideration of the court, by the counsel for the defendants. (1.) That, under the circumstances of the present case, there has been no loss of the freight for the voyage, for which the underwriters are liable under the policy. (2.) If there has been, then the underwriters are entitled to the freight of the substituted voyage to England, as in the nature of a salvage of freight.
