The defendant appeals his convictions of various drug offenses, arguing (1) his motion to suppress was erroneously denied, and (2) Melendez-Diaz v. Massachusetts, 129 S. Ct. 2527 (2009), requires reversal of his conviction of trafficking in oxycodone. Because we agree that the judge should have *291allowed the motion to suppress, we vacate all but one of the defendant’s convictions.1
