Having been convicted by a Superior Court jury of various drug, firearm, and ammunition offenses, the defendant, David Lima, now appeals. The principal contention is that the motion judge erroneously denied his motion to suppress because the affidavit in support of the search warrant failed to demonstrate probable cause to search his residence.
