Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Leahy, J.), rendered May 25, 1994, convicting him of murder in the second degree and attempted robbery in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing consecutive indeterminate sentences of 25 years to life imprisonment and 2 to 6 years imprisonment, respectively. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress identification testimony.
