I. Facts

Petitioner Donald Winslow moves pursuant to Rule 60(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to vacate this court’s judgment denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254.

Petitioner was convicted by a jury of murder in the second degree and attempted robbery in the second degree. The state trial court imposed consecutive sentences of twenty-five years to life and two to six years.
