STEPHENS, Circuit Judge.

Plaintiff brought an action to recover on two judgments. The district court ordered that the action be dismissed. Plaintiff appeals.

During the month of August, 1934, defendant William Bassett and plaintiff Margaret Bassett were husband and wife residing in the State of New York. It appears that the husband left that state during August, 1934, and established his residence in the State of Nevada.
