By this action, plaintiff Dawn Frosted Meats, Inc. seeks (1) reformation of an automobile insurance policy issued by defendant Insurance Company of North America (INA) so as to include Dawn Frosted’s 1956 Chrysler Imperial, Identification Number CE563622, under the policy coverage, and (2) a declaratory judgment that INA is obligated to defend and indemnify Dawn Frosted in all actions brought against it as a result of an accident involving that vehicle.
