This action was brought for the foreclosure of five mortgages affecting real property in the city of Albany. The defendants Samuel Feldman and Sarah Feldman have appeared and the issues raised by their answer have been tried. It is conceded that the plaintiff, the original mortgagee, has the right to the entry of a judgment of foreclosure and sale, and the sole issue litigated is the right of plaintiff to a deficiency judgment against defendants Samuel Feldman and Sarah Feldman.
