This is an action to recover the lump sum disability benefits of $500.00, plus interest, provided for under the terms of a total disability clause carried in a group policy of life and disability insurance, issued by the defendant-appellant to American Spinning Company, under which policy the respondent, as an employee of the American Spinning Company, was issued a life and disability insurance certificate in the sum of $500.00 dated June 28, 1927.
