This was an action upon a policy of insurance tried before his Honor, Judge Wilson, and a jury at the.summer term of the Court of Common Pleas for Sumter County, 1925, resulting in a verdict for the plaintiff below in the full amount of the policy. From the verdict the defendant appealed.
