This appeal involves only the question of costs. The action grew out of a collision of two automobiles, one driven by the plaintiff, the other by the defendant. The plaintiff brought an action for damages predicated on alleged negligence of the defendant, and prayed damages in the sum of $250. The defendant filed a general denial, pleaded contributory negligence, and interposed a counterclaim for damages predicated on alleged negligence of the plaintiff growing out of the same transaction, and prayed damages in the sum of $575.
