*1131In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for medical malpractice, the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Feinman, J.), dated June 10, 2008, as granted that branch of the motion of the defendant North Shore University Hospital at Glen Cove which was for summary judgment dismissing the first cause of action insofar as asserted against it.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
